BALANCE
BALANCE is ideal for a number of scalp challenges including: seborrheic dermatitis, scalp psoriasis, and excess sebum/flaking. As with each of our treatment options, we’ll begin with a scalp analysis using our Trichoderm Scope to capture amplified images of your scalp, follicles, and hair strands. We’ve paired the therapeutic benefits of the Japanese Scalp Massage with the biodynamic ingredients found in our latest product line addition to gently yet effectively rid your scalp of excess flakes, oils, and buildup. This experience is sure to leave you flake & worry free!
HYDRATE
Make dehydrated hair and scalps a thing of the past with HYDRATE. This experience imparts moisture with every step. Yes, that includes the Japanese Scalp Massage too! From the hair bath series and scalp serums to the steam enhanced conditioning mask, the HYDRATE experience is a must for the ultimate moisture boost.
FLOURISH
Growth is an inside job but this head spa experience sets your strands and follicles up for healthy hair growth! After a detoxifying hair bath series we use Japanese Scalp Massage techniques and a little light therapy to stimulate blood flow and encourage healthy hair growth. For those with compromised strands, we include a strand fortifying treatment series to strengthen, repair, and moisturize. Add this treatment to your haircare plan and watch your curls FLOURISH like never before.
Each spa treatment begins with a scalp assessment and ends with a thorough blow dry. Starting October 1st, you can complete your experience with any one of our signature styling options.
FAQs
How should my hair be when I arrive?
To get the most out of your experience, we encourage you to arrive pre-detangled. While we do include detangling throughout the experience, the more time we spend detangling the less time we have for those amazing scalp massages.
I wear extensions… Can I come in for an appointment?
Unfortunately this service is not ideal when wearing extensions or braids. Wefts and braids hinder our ability to render the massage and other vital steps. If you’re an extensions girl, be sure to make your appointment in between your installs. We promise, you won’t regret it!
What are the benefits of this service?
At Curl Haven, the Head Spa experience is more than just relaxing. Each treatment option targets specific challenges that could be hindering you from achieving optima hair and scalp health. We use various scalp massage techniques to target pressure points known to relieve stress, encourage blood circulation, and support healthy hair growth.
The calendar is booked… how do I make an appointment?
Join the waitlist! This experience is viral for a reason, but we understand that pre-booking weeks in advance isn’t possible for everyone, so we’ve added the waitlist feature to help us keep up with the demand. We check the list daily to schedule appointments up to 30 day out. In the event that someone cancels or reschedules, the waitlist is also how we know who to reach out to first.
Is there a deposit to book this service?
Yes. There is a $75 deposit required to secure your date on our calendar. In the event that you need to reschedule, this deposit is transferable. As with each of our services, cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, not showing up, and excessive reschedules will cause you to forfeit your deposit.
